Press Release as of 11.10.2017 Ulyanovsk Regional Surety Fund AK&M Rating Agency has withdrawn the guarantee institution rating of the Fund "Corporation of Business Development of Ulyanovsk region" ('A', sub-level 3, stable outlook) due to the rating contract expiration and the Fund's refusal to h AK&M Rating Agency assigned a guarantee institution rating to the Fund "Corporation of Business Development of Ulyanovsk region" for the first time on October 13, 2015. The last rating action was taken on October 4, 2016. All rating action announcements are available on the www.akmrating.ru website.
