Ratings Scales / Creditworthiness scale
Creditworthiness scale AK&M Creditworthiness Rating Scale has four rating categories representing different degrees of creditworthiness. Rating categories
Each of the rating categories (except for D) has sub-categories (levels) differentiated by modifiers '++', '+', and ''.
For any of the rating categories (except for 'D'), AK&M Rating Agency provides an outlook conveying its opinion on the possible creditworthiness rating upgrade or downgrade on the middle-term horizon. The outlook may be positive, stable, or negative. As a more precise rating instrument, AK&M Rating Agency may use three additional tiers represented by the figures 1, 2, and 3. Tier 1 indicates the higher end of its respective generic rating category. The rating outlook and the rating sub-category tier are separate rating components which do not depend on each other. The creditworthiness rating scale is applied when estimating the creditworthiness of financial institutions, companies, production enterprises, regions, and bond issues. |
