Press Release as of 05.07.2017 Nonprofit institution "Sevastopol Guarantee Fund' AK&M Rating Agency has withdrawn the 'B++' sub-level 3 guarantee institution rating of the nonprofit institution "Sevastopol Guarantee Fund", with a stable outlook, due to expiration of the rating contract and the fund's refusal to have AK&M Rating Agency assigned a guarantee institution rating to nonprofit organization Sevastopol Guarantee Fund for the first time on July 5, 2016.
