Zoya Larkina, CEO of AK&M Rating Agency, joined the Bank of Russia's Expert Board on Rating Agencies.

On April 28, 2015, the Bank of Russia published the member list of the Expert Board on the Activities of Rating Agencies.

The mission of the Expert Board is to work out recommendations to determine the Bank of Russia strategy and policy for developing, regulating and monitoring the activity of rating agencies.

The main Expert Board objectives are to collect, analyze and summarize the opinions of rating industry decision makers on the topical rating agencies activity issues, and to provide recommendations for regulating this market segment with due account for international practices.

The Expert Board brought together heads of the national rating agencies (Zoya Larkina, CEO of AK&M Rating Agency; Dmitry Grishankov, CEO of RAEX / Expert RA; Alexander Zaitsev, CEO of Rus-Rating; Viktor Chetverikov, CEO of National Rating Agency) and representatives of international rating agencies (Sergey Nazarov, S&P managing director Russia/CIS; Alexey Sazhin, head of the Moody's Russian branch; and Dmitry Surkov, head of the Fitch Ratings CIS Ltd. Moscow office).

Besides, representatives of the Bank of Russia, Russia's Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economic Development, scientific and educational community joined the Expert Board.
